
The first project to integrate WFORC and WFORA services, a large private residence in Millerton, New York is nearing completion. After 3 years of design and 2½ years of construction, the owners moved in this past June. Currently our team is working on the exterior features surrounding the house such as the terraces and roadways. More

Construction work began last week by WFORC on the WFORA renovation design of the Lafayette Street Townhouse in the historic Soho-Cast Iron district. The three-story structure with a new rooftop feature will be our third design-build project. The completion of this renovation of a former firehouse designed by Napolean LeBrun in 1901 is expected in early 2012. More

The design of this apartment combination in a five-story brownstone in west Chelsea has moved into construction. With an emphasis on preserving the Victorian qualities of this beautiful apartment, our design stresses the importance of finishes and details that exist throughout the space. More
