Millerton House nearing completion

The first project to inte­grate WFORC and WFORA ser­vices, a large pri­vate res­i­dence in Millerton, New York is nearing com­ple­tion. After 3 years of design and 2½ years of con­struc­tion, the owners moved in this past June. Cur­rently our team is working on the exte­rior fea­tures sur­rounding the house such as the ter­races and road­ways. More

Lafayette Street Townhouse under way

Con­struc­tion work began last week by WFORC on the WFORA ren­o­va­tion design of the Lafayette Street Town­house in the his­toric Soho-Cast Iron dis­trict. The three-story struc­ture with a new rooftop fea­ture will be our third design-build project. The com­ple­tion of this ren­o­va­tion of a former fire­house designed by Napolean LeBrun in 1901 is expected in early 2012. More

Murenu construction supervision begins

The design of this apart­ment com­bi­na­tion in a five-story brown­stone in west Chelsea has moved into con­struc­tion. With an emphasis on pre­serving the Vic­to­rian qual­i­ties of this beau­tiful apart­ment, our design stresses the impor­tance of fin­ishes and details that exist throughout the space. More
